Remote VS In Person
We can resolve 90% of your issues remotely. By default, we offer remote support, this allows us to be the most efficient as possible. We can service multiple customers at a time. There are certain situations where you do need someone in person. We service the McKinney, Frisco, Plano, Dallas and Collin county area in person. We service anyone within 20 miles of downtown McKinney. We can service outside of that area for an additional 1.25$ per mile.
Service Response Times and After Hours
You can get the fastest response with text or phone call. If your call is not answered, leaving a message helps determine the priority in which your call is returned. Text and Calls typically have a response time of less than 1 hour. Email can have a response time of up to 24 hours. If you need your ticket worked on immediately you can request priority for an extra fee.
Our hours are posted at the bottom of the page, and on the Contact page. If you need service outside of these hours you must call us and follow the after hours procedures. A phone call is the only accepted way to submit an after hours request. You must leave a voicemail if the call is not answered. We reserve the right to deny your after hours request if it is not an emergency. We charge an additional fee for after hours and priority support. You will be charged 90$ an hour for after hours or priority support.
